There are many well known (even famous?) Alan Richardsons (academics, sportsmen, musicians, churchmen, businessmen); I am not one of those. I would describe myself at the moment as a once-upon-a-time hand brick maker, if I were what I do, however I am not what I do, think, say, write, read, paint, draw, play-act; I am not genes, nature or nurture. And I won't know who I am by defining what I am NOT. I am memory. Who do you say that I am?
Born: Oxford, England.
Raised: Kelvedon, Essex.
Emigrated: 1974 to USA.
Married: 1985 no children.

What a beautiful cat! They know straight away that I'm allergic to them! Funny how that is! My friend's cat will come and parade in front of me and then sit in front like saying "See how beautiful I am!" They are very funny creatures. Thanks for sharing your beautiful pictures of England. I'm getting my details together. Can't wait! Talk to you later.
We nursed Yoda along with his four litter mates from when they were about ten days old. Their mother, we think, was caught by a coyote. All the litter was pure white and they retained their blue eyes. All but Yoda were medium long haired cats and we believe they are Himalayans. Yoda is the one of the litter we kept along with two others one killed by dogs and the other disappeared one evening a couple of years ago.
I always warn people that we have ten cats about the house in case they are allergic to them.
Looking forward to hearing about your trip to the UK, Nancy.
I'm driving again, but my friend who I'm traveling with is British. So if I get into a tight spot, maybe she will rescue us! Talk to you later, Alan. Please say hi to Kathy!

I managed to drive about 3,600 miles in the five weeks we were in England.
I said "Hi" to Kathy.
